  • 1.2. Payment: A deposit payment of 20% is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is required 8 weeks in advance for final confirmation. We accept various payment methods, as outlined during the booking process.

  • 1.3. Cancellation Policy:

  • 1.3.1. Individual Bookings: Cancellation terms vary based on the type of service booked. Refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation policies.

  • 1.3.2. Group Bookings: For group bookings, a minimum non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Cancellation terms are provided upon inquiry.

  • 1.3.3. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

2. Participant Responsibilities

  • 2.1. Health and Fitness: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to undertake snowsports activities. Any health concerns should be communicated to us in advance.

  • 2.2. Compliance: Participants must comply with all safety guidelines, instructions from instructors, and local laws and regulations.

  • 2.3. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided during the booking process. Any information given to you by us or our suppliers should be communicated to all members of your party.

  • 2.4 Special Requests: Inform us of any special requests (e.g., dietary needs) during booking. While we strive to accommodate requests, fulfilment is not guaranteed unless confirmed by us.

  • 2.5 Insurance Requirement: Adequate travel insurance is a condition of your contract. It must cover cancellation, emergency medical assistance, helicopter rescue, loss of baggage, and other relevant expenses.

  • 2.6 Disclosure of Conditions: Inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements before confirming your booking. We may require a doctor's certificate for fitness to travel.

  • 2.7 Passports, Visas, and Health: Customers are responsible for passport, visa, and health requirements. Failure to comply may result in travel restrictions or financial losses.

3. Privacy and Data Security

  • 3.1. Information Handling: We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the policy.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Limitation of Liability

  • 5.1. Assumption of Risk: Participants engage in snowsports activities at their own risk. UNIQ X is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during these activities.

  • 5.2. Force Majeure: UNIQ X is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

6. Refunds and Changes

  • 6.1. Refund Policy: Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to our refund policy.

  • 6.2. Changes to Bookings: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • 6.3. Circumstances Beyond Control: UNIQ X is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as bad weather or piste closures. Refunds are not offered, so ensure you have adequate insurance.

7. Complaints

  • 7.1 Procedure: Report problems immediately to the supplier or local agent. Failure to follow this procedure may impact compensation eligibility.

8. Financial Protection

  • 8.1 ATOL Protection: If applicable, ATOL protection applies. Customers receive an ATOL Certificate for protected products.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • 7.1. Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • 8.1. Amendments: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
